Poisons are substances that cause injury, illness, or death, usually by chemical reaction or other activity on a molecular scale. Research has shown compelling evidence to suggest that certain demographics and mental states are especially susceptible to certain poisons. Toxicologists are tasked with investigating how, when, and in what amount a poison was ingested in a case. The forensic toxicologists of The Forensic Panel assess the recorded symptoms and have the expertise to consider the possibility of the range of poisons.
The Forensic Panel’s peer-review enhances the diligence of the elusive search for a poison and the confidence of identifying an elusive agent.
