of The Forensic Panel ("TFP"). You may not alter or
remove any trademark, copyright or other notice from
copies of the content.

you may download material from TFP (one machine readable
copy and one print copy per page) for your personal,
noncommercial use only.

proprietary content, information and illustrations on
the Service and any other affiliated web sites or web
sites owned or operated by TFP is copyrighted.

Non
proprietary content, information and illustrations may
be copyrighted in the name of other persons or entities.
Any use or distribution of TFP copyrighted material
without the express written consent of TFP, is strictly
prohibited. Any use or distribution of material that
is copyrighted in the name of another person or entity
is governed by the terms of the copyright rights residing
in the owner of that material.

Digital
Copyright Act On Oct. 28, 1998, President Clinton signed
into law the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Pub. L. 105-304
(1998). Title II of the Act (subtitled the "Online Copyright
Infringement Liability Limitation Act") amended chapter
5 of the copyright law, title 17 United States Code, to
provide limitations for service provider liability relating
