Admission
to The Forensic Panel involves completing a rigorous vetting
process which includes background and reference checks, and
license verification. Potential members must meet the requirements for membership and have demonstrated excellence in their areas
of expertise, as well as the ability to work well within a team
setting.
Clinicians,
researchers, and academicians, whether or not they have expert
testimony experience, may be nominated by a member of the forensic
or law community. The
Forensic Panel considers nomination of ethical, accomplished specialists whose expertise may be
especially informative to civil or criminal courts.
Rewards of Being Part of the Best
In
The Forensic Panel, all work is peer
reviewed through a system that ensures exceptional diligence
and adherence to scientific standards. Examiners are pushed
by colleagues to do their best work expanding their knowlege
and experiences while working with specially selected, top-tiered
professionals. The result? For the courts: analysis, reports,
and testimony that both sides of a dispute can appreciate
as fair, truthful, and accurate. For the consultant: an invaluable
learning experience that carries over into all aspects of
your career.
A
Distinction We Protect
Nomination
or selection to The Forensic Panel is not available to those
who have been disciplined in any way by professional bodies,
or those who have acquired a reputation for being one sided
(defense or prosecution) in their consultation work and conclusions.
Our rigorous screening process aims to eliminate those with
a track record for dishonest testimony. This consideration protects
you and your reputation as a member of the Panel
An
Honor You Carry
Members
of The Forensic Panel maintain their personal practices
and other professional activities and affiliations. We prefer
it that way. This encourages members of the Panel to make important
professional contributions that underscore the benefit of their
experience and expertise to the court. |
